How we’ll work together

1 - Share/Review - 1 hour

You'll share your initial ideas and thoughts. A business plan, website, competitor/market research, Pinterest boards, scribbled notes. All are welcome to help us to get an overview of what you are doing. We’ll review all your shares identifying potential areas of exploration.

2 - Review/Debate/Discuss - 30 mins

In this focused session we'll critically examine the ideas you have shared. We'll debate their merits, discuss potential challenges, and consider their impact. This is a chance to combine our thoughts and ensure we're on the right track.

3. Explore/Play/Experiment - 1 hour

Now, it's time to get hands-on. We'll take our refined ideas and start to experiment with them. This could involve creating prototypes, role-playing scenarios, or any other method that helps us better understand our ideas. It's a time for creativity and innovation.

4. Actions/Next Steps/Connections - 30 mins

As we near the end of the workshop, we'll start to look forward. We'll identify actionable steps to take your ideas forward, discuss next steps, and explore potential introductions I can make, and resources which will help you on your journey.

5. Action Framework

Throughout the workshop, we’ll be taking detailed notes which form your action framework - a clear, organized plan of what you’re going to do next. It will be a valuable, evolving structure to refer back to as you progress with your ideas. Happy to show how to set this up as a knowledge base with claude.ai to supercharge your next steps.

6. Follow up call - 30 mins

Two weeks after the workshop, we'll have a follow-up call. This is a chance to discuss any progress, address any challenges encountered, and keep the momentum going.

Meet your guide

Ashley Pollak

Throughout my career, I've harnessed creativity to start a diverse range of projects. From running a cultural-focused commercial agency for 12 years, where I produced advertising, documentaries, and social content for clients like the British Museum and the Royal College of Art, to co-founding a garden delivery business during the first four days of lockdown. I’ve ventured into the world of radio, producing a show for BBC Radio 4 and develop brand-funded podcasts for cultural and scientific institutions.

I believe in thinking Why Not? rather than What if? I’ve often thought that my ability to spark ideas into action was an affliction, but increasingly I’ve realised that it’s an ability that others find challenging. So with this workshop I look forward to working with you to make great ideas happen.
